Server is not visible at the server hosting dashboard.

Greetings!!
On the date 21/08/2023 we had by a VPS(Contabo) successfully , when i try to view the server then it is not visible on the webserver hosting dashboard,
I want to know that why the server is not visible and is there any way that i can access the server?
For you reference, i have also added the receipt of the purchased server.

Heelo,
I see one server in your account that was purchased on that date, but it was only paid for a month and expired on 21/09/2023. It is now deleted from the system, as we cannot keep data for more than 30 days after service expiration.
