Web mail log in
Hello,
I am unable to log in to web mail for one of my email addresses – info@fantailacademy.cz. I have tried updating the password form the customer admin page but this does not help. I have recently moved this address to Gmail servers but I would like to access email archives. How can I fix this?

Hello,
It takes up to 30 minutes to change your password, so try wait after you change your password. What do you see as an error message?
