Dear Wedos Team,

I’m sending emails from using wedos email portal. I’ve set the spf string in the DNS settings.

However, my emails continue to fall in recipient’s spam folder. I’ve tested by sending emails to Google and Microsoft (Live) accounts and in both cases continue to fall in spam.

I’ve checked the email with mail-tester, the biggest issue seems related to DKIM field, which I don’t know how to set up.

are you sending the e-mails only through our smtp servers or through mail() from our webhosting? E-mails are signed with DKIM only when you send them through mail(). Is mail-tester complaing about SPF too?Could you send us the headers of received spam messages?
