EMAILS NOT WORKING PROPERLY
Hello,
I have set up my mail accounts for preciseconferencing.com and at the moment the mailboxes can send emails but not receive emails.
Can you check for me what the problem is as I have to send emails as soon as possible

Hello,
you are currently using WordPress DNS servers, and your current MX (mail exchange) records are directed to titan.email. To use our Mailhosting:
- Go to your WordPress hosting,
- edit DNS settings for the preciseconferencing.com domain
- remove existing MX-type records
- add the following MX type records instead:
10 mx1.wedos.email 10 mx1.wedos.global 10 mx1.wedos.com 10 mx1.wedos.mx 20 mx1.wedos.online
The number before the address is the record priority.
