I didn’t make my payments on time but I want like to renew my services

I failed to pay for my domain and web hosting on time, the deadline was set by the 31st of December. Still, I would like to renew my previous services. Can I make the payment through the link that was previously sent to me? Otherwise, could I get assistance on the steps tp follow?

Hello,
yes, paying for the services restores their functionality if done within up to 29 days of the expiratioin date (there are exceptions, but none apply to your services).
Webhosting will be up within 1 hour of successfully receiving payment, the .com domain might take several hours, because the register disabled DNS.
