IP address is blocked

After many openings, the site stops opening at all.
As I understand there are suspicions because of many visits from 1 IP.
Could you please remove this exception for this IP 213.134.165.67?

I don’t see 213.134.165.67 on any blacklist we use. Which site are you trying to access? Can you diagnose the connection using the traceroute command (see your operating system manual, or look it up online)?
The site opens from mobile internet, but specifically from this IP the site doesn’t load
Is there an option to change the protection version or other alternatives?
Yes, if you obtain your own version, you can manage your own blacklist/whitelist. For more information, see the product site, the price list has a list of featues available for each plan.
The option to blacklist/whitelist IPs is quite difficult to manage, though, so it is featured among the higher-tier plans.
