I need assistance disabling WEDOS Global Protection either globally (it’s blocking WordPress pages) or specifically for the page xmlrpc.php, which currently returns „ACCESS DENIED“. Please advise.

Hello,

WEDOS Global does block all access to xmlrpc.php from sources other that WordPress itself. As far as I know, this cannot be changed by the user, regardless of Protection plan.

If access is denied to WordPress, this is an error. If this is your case, enable temporary support FTP access and ask us to investigate.

If you would like to access this file from outside (unsafe), the easiest way to disable Global is to direct DNS to your Webhosting service.

Hello,

the DNS records are correct, and the site is displayed correctly. Any WEDOS Global sites you keep seeing may be stored in your browser cache – try reloading with the Ctrl+Shift+R keyboard shortcut.
