Setting up subdomains

Good day.

I already successfully set up two subdomains on websiteswanted.eu. One is clientview.websiteswanted.eu and the other clientview2.websiteswanted.eu.  The problem is that I do not remember how I did it, and I now wish to set up a further subdomain.

1. Is there an easy way to set up a subdomain from the client panel?
2. Is there a way to set up password access to each subdomain?
